We can see that this involves a complete diet that promotes healthy fats, plant-based foods, fibre and the prevention of nutritional deficiencies. Based on the above, this pyramid illustrates a healthy diet that promotes our health by preventing disease, deficiencies and excess weight.

However, it is important to remember that a healthy lifestyle is not only achieved with a proper diet, and must also be accompanied by physical activity, the absence of addictions, and sufficient rest to relieve stress.
