MANUEL QUINTANO 2004 D.O. Ca (Qualified Designation of Origin)

VARIETY

Tempranillo (70%) – Garnacha (30%).

PRODUCTION

Controlled fermentation at 28ºC, 30 months in oak casks and a minimum of 24 months in the bottle.

TASTER’S NOTE

Claret coloured with a bright appearance in the centre and cherry-coloured at the edges. Combines a range of aromas and flavours. The very ripe, smoked aromas of fruit of the forest, raisins and liquor initially predominate. Leaving it to breathe allows the appreciation of the variety of the tones of this wine. You first notice the hints of cinnamon and relish, with the spicy aromas becoming more clearly noticeable after a little time.

GASTRONOMY

Combine with roast meats, lamb dishes, cured ham or stews.
