Controlled fermentation at 15 ºC in stainless steel tanks.
Straw-yellow colour with a lemony green sheen. White stone fruits predominate on the nose, with certain hints of fresh herbs. Fresh on the palate. Fatty, unctuous. Slightly bitter aftertaste, particular to this variety.
Serve between 8ºC and 12ºC. Ideal for baked fish and is a perfect pairing for salted meats.
