There is a growing body of evidence that shows that the Mediterranean diet is widely beneficial.

The Mediterranean diet promotes healthy fats, plant-based foods, fibre and the prevention of nutritional deficiencies. Based on the above, this pyramid illustrates a healthy diet that promotes our health by preventing diseases, deficiencies and excess weight.

However, it is important to remember that a healthy lifestyle is not only achieved with a proper diet, and must also be accompanied by physical activity, the absence of addictions, and enough rest to relieve stress.

 CEREALS (bread, rice, pasta, etc. ):
6 servings per day

 FRUIT AND VEGETABLES:
3-5 servings per day

 DAIRY; NUTS and SEEDS:
