100% organic grapes.

PRODUCTION

After racking the wines ages in the same barriques for at least 12 months and then, for a minimum of six months in bottle before being released. The wine is allowed to ferment at its natural temperature (which doesn’t exceed 22-24°C) for about 15 days.

TASTER’S NOTE

The color is an intense purple-red and the bouquet features wild berries, blackcurrants and spices. The palate is full-bodied with supple tannins and the very essence of Nero d’Avola characteristics showing through.

Perfect to combine with red and white meat. Also with braised dishes with greasy sauces.
