SOLAGÜEN TEMPRANILLO JOVEN 2011 D.O. Ca (Qualified Designation of Origin)
Controlled fermentation at 26 ºC.
It has an intense robe centre with mauve hues towards the edge. Aromas of wild fruit, floral hints and a slight walnut aftertaste.
Served at a temperature of 12ºC/14ºC. This wine goes well with any type of Spanish tapa as well as any dishes that contain chorizo.
