Controlled fermentation at 22 °C in stainless steel tanks, with a total of two years´ ageing, 6 of these in oak casks.
Wine with an intense claret , clean and bright colour. Clean nose with fruity hints and a good balance of oak wood. Clean, soft and smooth palate.
Serve at a temperature between 16 °C and 18ºC. Perfect accompaniment to barbecued meats, cheeses and cold meats.
