ZAGARRÓN ROBLE

VARIETY

Tempranillo (75%) – Petit Verdot (25%).

PRODUCTION

Controlled fermentation at 24 °C in stainless steel tanks, followed by 6 months ageing in oak casks.

TASTER’S NOTE

Wine with a medium-high robe, with a ripe cherry colour and a purple hue. Clear oak aromas and vanilla on the nose Pleasant and fresh to the palate. Aftertaste that evokes dark chocolate.

GASTRONOMY

Serve at a temperature between 14 °C and 18ºC. Perfect accompaniment to meat casseroles, stews, and cured cheeses.
