Controlled fermentation at 22 ºC in stainless steel tanks.
Attractive cherry red colour, with medium-high intensity. Clean, vivid, bright and full of purple-violet tones, owing to its youth. Great fruity potential, cranberries, acidic blackberries. Clean on the palate, with hints of liquorice. Harmonious. With good tannins that give it strength. Full-bodied with a lingering taste.
Serve at a temperature between 14 °C and 18ºC. Perfect accompaniment to barbecued meats, cheeses and cold meats.
